All orders placed with EmmAura are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Fridays, public holidays, and peak sale periods).
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

For customized or bulk orders, processing time may vary and will be communicated separately.

B. Dispatch Timeline

Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched within:

  1. Local Kuwait Orders: 1–2 business days
  2. GCC Orders: 2–4 business days
  3. International Orders: 3–7 business days

Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation along with tracking details (if applicable).

C. Shipping Charges
  1. Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and destination. In Kuwait, we ship with free of cost.
  2. Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly stated on the website or campaign
  3. Any applicable custom duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer (for international shipments)
D. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to:

  1. Incorrect address
  2. Customer unavailability
  3. Unreachable contact details

The order may be returned to EmmAura, and re-shipping charges may apply.

E. Delays & Exceptions

While EmmAura strives for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  1. Public holidays in Kuwait or destination country
  2. Weather conditions
  3. Customs clearance (international orders)
  4. Unexpected logistical/supply chain disruption

EmmAura is not liable for delays beyond its control but will assist customers in tracking and resolving issues.

F. Damaged or Lost Shipments
  1. If the package is received damaged, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence
  2. In case of lost shipments, EmmAura will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue
  3. Replacement or refund will be processed based on investigation outcome
