Refund policy

At EmmAura, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction with every purchase.

A. Return & Exchange Eligibility

EmmAura offers a flexible 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  2. All tags, packaging, and original invoice must be intact
  3. The product must be eligible for return as specified in the product description

Items purchased under promotional offers, discounts, or clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange,unless received in a damaged condition.

B. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and operational reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Innerwear (undergarments, lingerie, etc.)
  2. Gift vouchers
  3. Made-to-order or altered/customized clothing
C. Return Process

Customers may initiate a return request within 14 days by contacting EmmAura Customer Support at +965 94081832 or via mailing to info@emmaura.com.

Returns will be processed only upon:

  1. Receipt of the merchandise at our facility
  2. Verification that the product is in original condition
  3. Submission of the original sales invoice

Important:
Returns without a valid invoice or with damaged/used items may be rejected.

D. Refund Policy
  1. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receipt and inspection of returned goods
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, refunds will be processed within 24 hours after successful verification
  3. A full refund will be issued, including applicable shipping charges.

If a product is delivered in a damaged condition, and replacement is not feasible.

E. Exchange Policy
  1. Exchanges are permitted only for items of identical value
  2. Customers may request exchange for size or color variants through Customer Support
  3. Replacement items will be shipped within 24 hours after inspection and approval of the returned product
F. Shipping & Handling
  1. Replacement shipments will be delivered at no additional cost
  2. Shipping charges will be refunded only in cases where the product is received damaged and cannot be replaced
G. Important Notes
  1. Products purchased through international or third-party retail partners are not eligible for return or exchange directly through EmmAura
  2. EmmAura reserves the right to accept or reject returns based on product condition and policy compliance
